Okay so I'm really into christmas... This year though there are a lot more technology being noticed when I'm searching for my lights and sound. One thing I'm really liking seeing is the blue tooth music and light shows at Lowes and Sears and I have to admit I purchased the entire thing. The cordless sound is amazing and I love that Pasco, Washington has a no day noise ordnance. I can turn my christmas music really loud so everyone can hear. Of course I am that neighbor and it blasts every night until 9:59 pm. The lights and sound sinc and the whole experience is so much better than the dull light with radio we all use to remember...
This is while putting it together the tree is now finished with bulbs!!!!

I'm really into christmas lights
While looking up ideas on different christmas light designs I came across this site called Camera Fun - Making Crazy Art Using Christmas Lights at, http://mentalfloss.com/article/29573/camera-fun-making-crazy-art-using-christmas-lights#ixzz2kb73QbZ6.
I found it interesting how Chris Higgins describes different ways to zoom with camera to create art piece photography. Here are some examples.

Capital Tree
As everyone may know this year Washington State is presenting the christmas tree for the capital in Washington DC. The tree came from Colville national forest outside Spokane Wa. Of source I made sure I made it to sign the Banner that covered and protected the tree in travel at the Toyota Convention Center. I feel that my name is now on a piece of history for this banner will be kept with others in Washington DC. As well as the artwork shared on the truck carrying the tree made all worth the 2 hour lateness the tree was.

While reading about showmanship in our book it made me think about The Disney On ice Show we saw live at the Toyota Center a few weeks ago. The collaborative ice performance by Disney. One thing that stood out was how the figure skaters use props to enhance the storyline and draw in the audience as well as music and bright lights to create emotions.
Instillation art is becoming very popular amongst Americans. You can see it all over homes now, it is known to increase value by upgrading and putting in common back splashes for kitchens and bathrooms. Different materials are appearing to make walls just appear more presenting and attractive to the viewers though these are simple to do, if you really try to put your own style together for these splashes you would notice the difficulty to pull it together this is why people buy simple already combined tiles but this isn't my style I put mine together piece by piece creating my own style and art.

Super Bowl
Just reading ads brings up the thought of the super bowl. Where ads are typically remembered and replayed often if they made the cut by viewers expectations. Budweizer, Doritos, Coke, Pepsi, and Go Daddy, are a few companies that usually have memorable adds during the super bowl, they usually use emotion or humor to promote their ads!
This is one of my favorites, maybe because I have a great dane and can relate!

The American Dream
Global brand recognition is truly supporting the growth of American capitalism. These large chains are rising all over the world causing the shut down of many "mom and pop" organizations. The American Dream of owning your own business is hard now nowadays, because the large corporations are driving up the prices of rent, which is ultimately harder for small organizations to afford.
globalized branding
I can remember as a kid driving along the road and seeing the golden arches that have made McDonalds recognized by billions of people world wide. Every time I saw them I asked the redundent question to go Ronald's house to eat some fries. Now that I am an adult and have my own child I continue to hear these words from my child and I know this is a globalized branding that will continue to be around.
356-Design of Renzo Prano and Richard Rogers
Design of Renzo Prano and Richard Rogers in Paris where they put all the normally hidden functions of a building viewable places on the exterior. By color coding air ducts, air conditioning, plumbing and elevators gives it a unique and original design but what has it done to the efficiency of some of these systems?
