Rene Daniels "Metro Pictures"

Read a article today that totally caught my eye and emotionally drew me in as a reader. It completely got me thinking about Alyssa, Ester, and Amanda's intervention from class again  and how everyone is creative in their own way. Rene Daniels is a disabled (retarded) artist thats work is making big again after 30 years of creating water color paintings his work is sold between 12 and 41 thousand dollars and really shares a unique perspective on who can do art and who is good at art. Rene's work has been sought out by galleries around Europe in the 80's unfortunately Rene's inability to create new work at least from what was thought at the time took him out of galleries and now 30 years later new work is coming out and old work is being found from storages there are new exhibitions taking place around Europe and the United States
